The location of this hotel was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. We were able to easily explore all the sights of the downtown area, and the hotel itself was like a sanctuary in the midst of the city chaos. the beautiful courtyard and upstairs terrace were our favorite spots to relax. Another perk was their vegetarian restaurant, which was not only delicious but also had a creative menu that was a refreshing change from the typical Mexican fare.

We had an exquisite experience at this hotel. the luxurious amenities fulfilled all of our needs, with exclusive facilities such as the rooftop pool and sun terrace. the service was exceptional, with well-trained and welcoming staff. We enjoyed exceptional dinner with a variety of options, including special diet menus.
The only minor issue we encountered was the location advantage, which wasn't as good as expected. Although not necessarily a flaw of the hotel, it was unexpected that some of the hotel's rooms lacked air conditioning and proper airflow.

Great staff and cozy rooftop bar with amazing views. , the hotel's location is very convenient, right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions.
The hotel lacked proper ventilation in the rooms which made it hard to breathe at times, and the nights were quite noisy due to loud music playing throughout the building. The overall experience wasn't the most comfortable, and the value for money wasn't worth it.
